Read and Help
A new project was lauched to help our less fortunate brothers and sisters — its called Jeepney Magazine. They call it a street magazine, with articles focused on poverty and other national issues related to health, wealth, education, children, and more. It has high quality publishing (good articles), and printing (multi-colored, all gloss from front to back).

So where can you buy this magazine? You can buy the Jeepney Street Magazine at the streets. These magazines are distributed only by the poorest of the poor — not in malls, not in bookstores. One copy is worth P100 — P50 goes to the publisher, and the other P50 directly goes to the pocket of the seller. Just think of how far can that P50 do to them in a day. Perhaps that would be full meal for their whole family, or maybe for medicines of a sickly family member.
When you see someone on the streets offering you the Jeepney Magazine, please buy atleast 1, or better yet, buy more. Then give a copy to your friends, officemates, or whoever.
I can definitely say that you should buy this magazine not only to help, but to widen your understanding of reality.
Please buy Jeepney magazine on streets at P100 each

pero as far as i know, well managed yung org ng jeepney mag. kung tutuusing nga, parang lugi pa sila sa P50 na production cost per mag. At ang alam ko din, may database sila ng mga sellers ng mag na alam nila na belongs to the poorest of the poor dito. So yung stock ng mags directly goes to the sellers, at hindi sa 3rd party distributor na maaaring sindikato o negosyante lang.

hello jenny. i happen to see your ‘jeepney magazine’ endorsement. im so glad to read it kasi ang brainchild/founder ng magazine na iyan ay missionary namin dito sa faith academy. he has a BIG heart for the poor. he even got interviewed in one of the episodes of 700 club and one of the hosts there even commented something like, ‘bakit kailangan pa foreigner ang mag-isip ng isang livelihood program para sa mga mahihirap’. please help us pray that this worthy project will really benefit our poor kababayans.
regards to His sounds, we miss you all
