daily doze of iced coffee
Coffee drinking has been a part of most, if not everyone’s daily routine, office meetings, and friend bondings. Living in a tropical country like the Philippines where its generally warm and humid, drinking traditional hot coffee aint refreshing at all.
Frap’s and iced coffees became best sellers on mushroom popping coffee shops like Starbucks, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Gloria Jeans, and more. Coffee drinking elevated from P5.00 per mug breakfast drink tandem with P1.00 pandesal, to P150.00 grande cup with P100 strawberry waffle.
I know how yummy and refreshing it is to drink frapuccino.. and I do order lots my self. However, this cup ISNT practical to take daily. Imagine, if you order 5 grande cups of frap in a week @ P150/each.. in a week, you’ll spend P750.. and in a month, you’ll spend P3,000 for coffee. I tell you, its TOO MUCH for a drink.
So how do we enjoy iced coffee for less? let me tell you my secret.. i buy this on coffee breaks:

I walk to Mini Stop or 711 whenever i crave for an instant iced coffee. Among the 4 flavors, Latte is my favorite. I tell you, it tastes good! And compared to a P150 frap, this can of drink is only @ P32.00. Not bad at all.
… and on some occasions, i still drink my white chocolate dream from Coffee Bean, and Fraps from Starbucks.
